Chuyển thể từ nguyên tác truyện tranh Itazura na kiss của
Nhật. Kể về cậu học sinh Baek Seung Jo thiên tài với chỉ số IQ
200 và Moon Ha Ni, một cô gái rất vụng về nhưng có tình cảm
với Seung Jo. Có vài chuyện xảy ra với gia đình Ha Ni và cuối
cùng họ đã dọn đến nhà của Seung Jo sống tạm. Khi đối mặt
với nhau hằng ngày, Seung Jo càng lúc càng thay đổi tình cảm
trong bản thân mình. Phải trải qua rất nhiều niềm vui và sự
thất vọng để được trở thành vợ của Seong Jo, cô gái phải
khẳng định được những gì anh nghĩ ở cô là không đúng.
Giờ đây những người làm Goong và Boys Over Flowers có thêm một cơ
hội để làm cho bộ phim này hoàn hảo hơn vì kịch bản manga
gốc đã khống có một kết thúc thực tế (tác giả truyện đã
mất trước khi hoàn thành nó)
